We were looking to raise our photo & video game a couple notches at Rogue. We were treading water, but the assets we were producing weren't hitting the mark on both a granular level visually, or within our overall brand voice. We'd been interviewing for a new photo & video director, but couldn't find anybody with a robust creative voice and a strong grasp of the Xs and Ys of marketing.

The first thing we noticed was his passion for the medium which - if anything - has only intensified and focused over the last 18 months.
