MY ROLE
MORE THAN A SPONSORSHIP.
Indian Wells gave FILA something valuable: one of the biggest stages in tennis, a major tournament sponsorship, and access to some of the athletes representing the brand.
It also created a lot of opportunities competing for the same limited week.
Working through a production partner, I came in to help FILA turn those opportunities into a manageable content plan, aligning the brand and production team on what we could realistically create, then helping lead the work on the ground at the tournament.
Turning FILA's week at Indian Wells into a full slate of athlete, apparel, social, partnership, and event content.
6 Tennis Pros
3 New Kit Collections
5 Social Content Projects
Multiple Calendar Changes
1 Very Busy Week
Tournament production doesn't happen on a normal production schedule. The athletes' real job comes first.
Practices move. Matches get scheduled. Players win and advance. Players lose and leave. Recovery matters. Media obligations appear.
Our production had to work around all of it.
Across the week, I helped oversee content shoots with FILA's athletes while keeping the work moving across multiple creative concepts and upcoming apparel collections.
We produced men's and women's content across three upcoming FILA tennis collections, giving the brand a library of athlete-led creative to carry beyond Indian Wells and into the tournaments ahead.
The week extended well beyond apparel content. We produced five additional social projects, captured match and behind-the-scenes photography, and worked across several partnership activations happening around the tournament.
